The acting was great, but the VO had not yet come close to really putting out a good product. So, I did my job and let the Author know that if he wanted another voice actor, I knew some female voice actors that would be great. We spoke for a bit and he didn't realize the difference in abilities and how that would help him sell more books on the back end. It is up to us to help potential clients know-how working with us will benefit THEM!
